Product & Product Use

'The Elephant Mamas' reserves the right to curate the contents of each subscription box and gift boxes. 

We will not be liable for any health issue, accidents or injuries from using our products. Any feedback regarding the quality of products should be feedback to us at 'theelephantmamas@gmail.com', so that we can conduct an inquiry with our suppliers. We reserve the right to cancel any order, or any portion of an order, even if a confirmation order has been sent out. 

Collection of Data

In order to purchase our products, certain data is collected, such as your name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping address and credit card information, as well as the intended recipient's name and birthday. All information provided should be accurate and complete. 

Delivery and Returns

Delivery of our products is handled by a third-party company and we will not be held liable for any mishandling of goods purchased. We take extra care to ensure that all products have been packed to withstand the delivery process. We do not offer any returns nor refunds. ​

Limitation on Liability

Under no circumstances shall 'The Elephant Mamas' be held liable for any direct, indirect, actual, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages including, but not limited to, damages related to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of use, or damage to property arising out of the use or inability to use the site.
